It can be quite daunting when you’ve had a knock on your vehicle, but we are here to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
The Estimate
Did you know we offer a free bodywork estimate? You can pop in to us any time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, no need to book just turn up! We can look a images emailed to us, however we are able to provide a more accurate quote by seeing the vehicle in the flesh.
But what happens when you arrive? Well, all you need to do is park up in the car park and pop into Reception, one of our bodywork team will be able to come out and look at the vehicle with you and talk through the options for your repair.
The Repair
It could be a case of paintless dent removal, repairing the panels or replacing the panels for new ones, or for more complex repairs we may need to realign the chassis on our jig. Receiving the Estimate
When we have worked out the best course of action to take, the estimator will put together the estimate and send it on to our estimates department for processing, we will calculate the labour times, paint and material costs and email it out to you within 2 working days.
Booking in
The only bit you then need to do is give us a call when your ready to book in to have the work done, please make sure you leave enough time as we can get quite busy. If you are planning on going through your insurance company, we follow a slightly different process, by all means give us a call and we can go through that with you, regardless you can still pop in for an estimate.
